Bill Payment
Cass County Electric offers multiple avenues of accepting payments. Besides mailing your payment, we provide drop boxes at our service centers in Valley City, Arthur, Lisbon, Kindred, and Fargo. Additional drop boxes are also located at Sunmart in West Fargo and three Hornbachers locations: Village West, 32nd Ave, and Osgood.
We also offer on-line payments through our free Ebill service available to our members with access to the internet. Finally, we can process a payment for you over the phone. Simply call our office and one of our Member Accounts Specialists can make a payment for you with either your checking, Visa Debit, or Visa or Mastercard Credit card.
