Cass County Electric will be installing a new member notification system that will provide members with an automated phone call and/or member authorized text message and/or e-mail notification for both outage and non-outage related events. CCEC outage related member notifications previously provided through the postal service will be discontinued and replaced with an automated phone call and/or member authorized text message and/or e-mail notification.
